Legal Requirements for Getting Married in Jamaica

Must be in island for at least 48 Hours before marriage

You'll also need your passport, birth certificates, a Divorce Decree if you've been divorced

Adoption certificate if you were adopted

you and your spouse's full names, addresses, occupations and religions.
